Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service retail locations across your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will stock shelves, update planograms, and perform audits while working independently.

This role offers a flexible local schedule, early wage access, travel time and mileage reimbursement, and a path to 401(k) with company match. No prior merchandising experience required as virtual training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise
• Update planograms and product displays
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assist with store refreshes and resets
• Apply security tags and labels
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores
