Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. Route averages about 5 hours per week, with some areas at 10 hours, including HWY 169 AMBOY, MN 56010.

No prior merchandising experience is required; virtual training and ongoing support are provided. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
Ability to work independently and report via a mobile device.
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
Updating planograms and product displays.
Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
Applying security tags and labels.
Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
