Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within a designated Minnesota area. You will ensure product displays align with client standards and collaborate with store personnel to maintain organized, customer-ready aisles.

The role offers a flexible schedule, starting pay of $15.00 per hour, travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and virtual training with ongoing support. Prior merchandising experience is a plus, no relocation required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Retail merchandising or prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations independently to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store personnel and management.
