Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service assigned retail locations in the Boynton Beach area. You’ll stock shelves, update displays, and complete audits while reporting findings via a mobile app, working independently in stores.

Ideal candidates require strong communication, reliability, and the ability to follow written instructions. Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus, and the role includes flexible local hours with travel between nearby stores.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores
