Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in the Bloomfield/Hartford area. You will ensure displays meet client standards, stock shelves, update planograms, and complete audits using a mobile app.

No experience required with virtual training provided; candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to travel within the territory. Flexible local schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
