Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will work independently, stocking shelves, updating planograms, and completing audits.

This role offers a starting pay of $15.00 per hour, travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and a flexible local schedule. No experience is required; virtual training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (text/email)
• Ability to work independently and report via mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus
• Able to communicate with store personnel
• Understand and follow written instructions

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations independently to ensure products and displays meet client standards
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise
• Update planograms and product displays
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assist with store refreshes and resets
• Apply security tags and labels
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app
• Build relationships with store personnel and management
