Job summary

American Greetings is a global leader in the Celebrations marketplace seeking a Support Merchandiser for Colorado routes. You will service multiple retail locations, display product, and maintain inventory with strong organization and time management.

This role offers starting pay at $18.90 per hour with raises to $20 and $21, paid training, and a 401(k) plan with company match, plus flexible scheduling around holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to read and understand English.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to cover multiple retail locations and flexible to weekends/holidays.
• Access to reliable internet and ability to use a company-issued tablet.
• Willingness to work on a schedule including holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandise and organize product orders.
• Maintain display of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods and related inventory.
• Communicate scheduling questions to management and adapt to busy retail environments.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Assist with store resets and workload planning in assigned locations.
