Job summary

Hallmark Cards in Tennessee is seeking a part-time Merchandiser who works independently to showcase organization and time management skills while building retailer relationships and ensuring attractive product displays. You will restock and monitor inventory across grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers using a Hallmark handheld device, with seasonal resets and installations as needed.

The role features a variable schedule, 6–10 hours per week, additional hours around holidays, paid

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and information.
• Have access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products across stores using a mobile device; maintain displays and communicate with supervisors.
• Holiday support: work extra days and longer hours around major holidays and may include weekends.
• Department resets: participate in installations and relocations of Hallmark fixtures and departments; receive two weeks notice for remodels; may involve evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories as needed.
