American Greetings is seeking part-time Merchandisers to service several Boulder, CO stores. You will merchandise greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush, and more on a weekly 3-hour baseline with potential growth around holidays.

Training is provided, and there is a clear pay progression from $17.10 to $19.00 hourly over the first year. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential as you independently manage routes and maintain inventory, while coordinating with store

Qualificações

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation to cover multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates and training.
• Technological competency to learn and use a company-provided tablet.
• Meet scheduling needs including weekends and around major holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and other inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management about service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail setting with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets or fixture work as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
