Footprint Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service retail locations within the assigned Alabama area. You will stock shelves, update displays, and complete audits while building relationships with store staff.

The role offers a flexible schedule, travel between locations, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match where eligible. No prior merchandising experience required, with virtual training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to report via a mobile device.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus.
• Able to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
