Job Title: Seasonal Merchandiser

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of a Seasonal Merchandiser is to complete store visits. Upon arriving at each designated store, your tasks will include:

• Checking in with a department leader or store associate
• Walking through the store to assess inventory levels and requesting backstock
• Filling displays and stocking shelves
• Assisting customers when needed
• Completing other projects as instructed
• Cleaning up the work area
• Checking out with a department leader or store associate

Required Skills

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• High school diploma (or GED) and 1-2 years of retail or sales experience
• Motivation and drive to succeed
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight stays if needed
