As a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser, your responsibilities include:

1. Merchandising all Hasbro product categories according to plans and standards.
2. Restocking products from stockrooms to shelves, maintaining planogram compliance.
3. Setting up monthly product features to boost visibility.
4. Collaborating with store managers to identify sales opportunities.
5. Completing store surveys and providing feedback.
6. Capturing and submitting in-store photos of displays and placements.
7. Assisting in training new merchandisers to uphold standards.

This position is part-time, 17-25 hours/week, covering areas including Dallas East, Mesquite, Forney, Balch Springs, and Richardson.

Qualifications include:

• Availability for daytime, weekday hours, and occasional weekends.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Preferred retail merchandising experience, but not required.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective time management.
• Tech proficiency with tablets, smartphones, and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable internet, personal computer, and smartphone.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Residence within the assigned territory.

Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $25.00 per hour.
