Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in retail stores, restocking and organizing Hallmark products and maintaining inventory. You will engage with store teams to optimize displays and may assist with seasonal resets and installations.

Starting pay ranges from $14.50 to $16.50 per hour. Training is provided both in-person and online, with voluntary benefits for part-time employees. Schedule varies with 10–15 hours weekly and weekend/holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to and between stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and additional days around major holidays.
• Department Resets: assist in installations and resetting card sections, usually with two weeks notice.
