Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Walmart Retail Merchandiser in Roanoke, VA. The role focuses on product availability and brand presentation at Walmart stores, serving as the main contact with store management and representing Acosta Group at the assigned store.

Responsibilities include merchandising brands across categories, stocking, shelving, handling coupons and signage, and documenting work with photos using a company device. Flexible scheduling applies; evenings are not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to multiple retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule may include Sunday through Saturday; days depend on location requirements.
• Full-Time: flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Friday required).
• Part-Time: flexible schedule, 2-4 days (Friday required).
• Start work between 6am-9am, store hours 6am-6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in backroom and stock products.
• Straighten shelves and display stock.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work and navigate multiple apps.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta Group at Walmart stores and coordinate with store management.
