Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Walmart Retail Merchandiser in the Midlothian, VA area. The role involves driving product availability, stocking shelves, and presenting brands at Walmart stores. You will be the primary contact with store management and represent Acosta Group in assigned locations.

The position offers a flexible schedule with both part-time and full-time options. A company-issued mobile device will be used to complete tasks and report results, with travel to multiple stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Access to reliable transportation to multiple locations in your area.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work Sunday through Saturday with location-specific requirements.
• Full-Time: at least 5 days a week, Tuesday and Friday required; Part-Time: 2–4 days, with Tuesday and Friday required.
• Start work between 6am–9am, shift ends by 6pm (no evenings).
• Locate and stock merchandise, straighten shelves, and place coupons/signage.
• Take photos of completed work and report results the same day.
• Represent Acosta and clients in Walmart stores and coordinate with Walmart management.
• Communicate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
