Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a Walmart Retail Merchandiser in Virginia Beach. You’ll drive product availability and represent the client at Walmart stores, handling merchandising tasks and store collaboration.

Responsibilities include stocking, shelving, coupon and signage handling, and field reporting. Flexible schedule, start early, and independence with strong store communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Access to reliable transportation to multiple locations.
• Part-time availability with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Schedule is Sunday–Saturday; days depend on location needs.
• Flexible part-time schedule (2–4 days; Tuesday and Friday required).
• Start work between 6am–9am and finish by 6pm; no evenings.
• Locate merchandise in backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Straighten products on shelves and ensure accurate placement.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work across apps.
• Take photos of completed work to show results.
• Represent Acosta Group at Walmart stores and partner with store management.
• Communicate progress with your direct manager via email, phone, or text.
