Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure Coca-Cola beverages are available, visible, and promoted in retail stores across our territory.

You will stock shelves, build displays, rotate products, and maintain proper levels, while transporting goods between backrooms and floor with manual equipment, and supporting store teams.

This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and excellent customer service to drive sales and strengthen relationships with store managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in grocery, retail, or warehousing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with pallet jacks or similar equipment preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40–55 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement and availability.
• Maintain product on racks, shelves, displays, and coolers.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment.
• Implement promotional displays and signage to attract customers and drive sales.
• Secure damaged or defective product and maintain clean space.
• Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and staff.
• Follow company policies regarding backrooms, displays, and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries or concerns.
