Job summary

Mondelēz Nabisco merchandising team seeks a Part Time Merchandiser to support retail partners in Wenatchee, WA. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure Nabisco products are visible and well represented at assigned stores.

Open availability including weekends with a 6:00 A.M. start time. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required. Retail experience is a plus; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs is needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
• Build promotional displays and ensure brands are well represented per guidelines.
• Work with the sales rep to optimize product visibility on shelves.
• Complete in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ merchandising steps.

Responsibilities

• Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers
• Fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building
• Stocking store shelves and maintaining or changing out displays
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
• Work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves
• Construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
• Capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed
• Communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• A positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Ability to download and use work related applications on personal device
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Wenatchee, WA
• Schedule availability required: Open Availability including weekends and holidays as needed.
