Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to support Mondelēz brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy in Utah stores. You'll stock shelves, build promotional displays, and represent Nabisco with store teams while following the merchandising steps and schedules.

The role involves driving to multiple locations, taking photos of displays, and assisting with seasonal launches. A positive, independent attitude and basic tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Able to drive own vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock store shelves and maintain or modify displays.
• Represent Mondelēz/Nabisco brands in-store and collaborate with the sales rep to optimize product visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits, capture photos of displays, and follow Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising steps.
• Support seasonal sales through displays and new product launches.
• Maintain brand representation per Mondelēz guidelines and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays
• Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry‑leading snacks
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• Positive and professional attitude who is self‑motivated and can work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Orem, UT Secondary locations: Provo, UT - Pleasant Grove, UT - Springville, UT
