Job summary

Mondeléz is seeking an in-store merchandising professional to fulfill merchandising needs through effective communication and relationship building. The role includes stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and representing Nabisco brands to store personnel.

You will align with the daily merchandising schedule and collaborate with sales reps to maximize product visibility. The position emphasizes enhancing seasonal promotions, executing launches, and maintaining a positive, professional presence

Qualifications

• Comfort with driving personal vehicle to multiple locations.
• Willingness to use work-related apps on a personal device.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional pushes/pulls over 50 lbs.
• Experience in retail or grocery is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location and be available weekends/holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self‑motivated and can work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on personal device
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment
• Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location
• Schedule availability required: Open Availability including weekends and holidays as needed
