Job Summary

As a Seasonal Merchandiser, your primary responsibility is completing store visits. Upon arriving at each store, you will:

• Check in with a department leader or store associate
• Assess inventory levels and request backstock
• Fill displays and stock shelves
• Assist customers when needed
• Complete other projects as instructed
• Clean the work area
• Check out with a department leader or store associate

Required Skills

While our training will set you up for success, you should already have:

• High school diploma (or GED) and 1-2 years of retail or sales experience
• Motivation and drive to succeed
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight stays if needed

Work Environment
