Job Title: Part-Time Sales Merchandiser
Coke Florida is seeking a Part-Time Sales Merchandiser based in Orlando. The role involves stocking, replenishing, merchandising, and providing excellent customer service at designated accounts. The schedule includes weekends, with shifts from 6:00AM to 2:30PM or 2:00PM to 8:00PM, Friday through Monday, with slight schedule flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements according to standards.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels, ensuring no stockouts and minimizing damage and loss.
- Place timely, accurate orders based on ad calendars and adjust as needed.
- Manage back stock and trade breakage.
- Ensure excellent customer service through communication and problem resolution.
- Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers.
- Ensure merchandising standards, organize backroom inventory, and maintain cleanliness.
- Transport and maintain point of sale advertising.
- Maintain punctual attendance and comply with policies and laws.
- Report unsafe conditions and adhere to dress standards.
- Work scheduled shifts and support team efforts.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Personal vehicle for use during work hours, with valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to operate manual/powered pallet jacks and lift products.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
Preferred Skills:
- Associate degree or higher education preferred.
- 1+ year sales/merchandising experience preferred.
- Attention to detail, planning, organization, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and in outdoor environments.
Physical Requirements:
- Repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 pounds.
- Standing for at least 6 hours, walking 4 miles per day.
- Work in hot/humid outdoor conditions.
