Job summary

PepsiCo in North Platte, NE is hiring for a route sales support role. You will stock shelves, merchandise products, and visit multiple stores using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement. A company-issued iPhone will be used to view schedules and coordinate with the team.

The position requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and being at least 18 years old. Training is provided, and shift(s) run Wed–Sat with early start times.

Minimum Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Stock and display Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more in local stores—fast, safely, and with pride.
• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
