We are seeking merchandisers to work independently across various retail locations, showcasing organization and time management skills to display and maintain inventory of our celebration products, including greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush, and more.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay is $13.50 per hour, with two increases during the first year of employment (rates subject to change based on location).
• Pay increases to $14.30 after 6 months.
• Pay increases to $15.00 after 1 year of employment.

Route and Schedule

This route services the following locations at: 7235 Bell Creek Rd, Mechanicsville, VA, 23111; 7095 Mechanicsville Tpke; 8318 Bell Creek Rd; 6335 Mechanicsville Tpke; 7528 Mechanicsville Tpke; and 7366 Bell Creek Rd.

The weekly average hours are approximately 11 hours, with potential increase to 21 hours around holidays.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising, organizing product orders, displaying products within greeting card departments, maintaining organized backroom areas, and other inventory tasks.
2. Communicate with management regarding service or schedule questions or concerns.
3. Work in a fast-paced retail environment, utilizing effective time management and organizational skills.
4. Build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime hours.
5. Be available for additional days and extended hours before and after major holidays.
6. Assist with store resets, which may include fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as needed.
7. Review and plan your weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
8. Work independently and as part of a team.
