Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a retail merchandiser in Branson, MO to fulfill merchandising needs, stock shelves, and maintain displays. You will be an ambassador for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, and work with the sales representative to maximize product visibility on shelves.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and handle repeated bending throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

Fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication and relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays.
Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with the sales rep to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps including taking pictures of displays at assigned stores.
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz guidelines.
Ensure sales rep’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and report issues to management.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines
Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with management
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude
Self‑motivated and ability to work independently
Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device
Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment and to meet physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Branson, MO
