Role

What You Will Do: As a Coke Florida Merchandiser, you will be responsible for replenishing and merchandising products at all designated accounts. You will be the primary Coke Florida associate in customer accounts, continuously stocking Coke Florida products to meet consumer needs. Our Merchandisers maintain customer relationships across all sales channels.

Location & Schedule: Coke Florida is looking for a Part-Time Merchandiser to work in Gainesville and surrounding markets. The role offers a flexible schedule and can be weekend-only if needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards
• Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts, including shelf allocation and cold equipment
• Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts
• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers
• Maintain inventory levels, company assets, and point of sale materials, ensuring merchandising standards are met
• Conduct store surveys and communicate account activities, including equipment needs
• Ensure products are properly faced and rotated in designated accounts
• Organize backroom inventory systematically
• Keep equipment, sales floor, and shelves clean and organized
• Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as needed
• Maintain punctual attendance and work overtime as required
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and laws
• Report unsafe working conditions and adhere to dress and grooming standards
• Work assigned shifts and schedules

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Own and maintain a personal vehicle for work hours
• Proficient in computer applications
• Ability to operate manual/powered pallet jacks and lift products; certification as required
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle liability insurance
• Clean driving record, with no major violations in the past three years

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 1-2 years college/university experience
• Over 1 year of sales/merchandising experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with mobile applications
• Ability to work independently for extended periods

Physical Requirements

• Repetitively lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 pounds
• Push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds frequently
• Operate manual transport equipment over distances
• Stand for 8-10 hours, walk for at least 4 hours
• Work in hot/humid environments and use audio headsets
