Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within a designated area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will work independently in stores, stocking shelves, updating displays, and submitting reports via a mobile app.

This role offers flexible hours in a local market, travel within territory, and an opportunity to gain experience in merchandising with virtual training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise

• Updating planograms and product displays

• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting

• Assistingwith store refreshes and resets

• Applying security tags and labels

• Taking photos andsubmittingreports through a mobile app

• Building professional relationships with store associates and management

• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

What’sin it for you?

• Starting pay:$15.00 per hour

• Travel time pay and mileage reimbursementfor travel between locations

Wherewill you work?

This routetypically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includesservice at the following locations:

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks

• Ability toconsistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high

• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.

• Ability to consistentlylift upto 10 pounds; occasionallylift upto 40 pounds
