Footprint Solutions is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within the assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The role offers a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for supplemental income.

You will work independently, build relationships with store staff, and report progress via a mobile app. No prior merchandising experience is required, with virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise

• Updating planograms and product displays

• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting

• Assistingwith store refreshes and resets

• Applying security tags and labels

• Taking photos andsubmittingreports through a mobile app

• Building professional relationships with store associates and management

• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks

• Ability toconsistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high

• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.

• Ability to consistentlylift upto 10 pounds; occasionallylift upto 40 pounds
