Job summary

Mondelēz International in Lexington, SC is seeking part-time Nabisco Merchandisers to support the merchandising needs of our customers by stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and building relationships with store staff.

You will represent brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, conduct in-store visits, capture photos of displays, and follow merchandising steps to maximize visibility and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license issued by the resident state.
• Able to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related apps on personal device.
• Able to perform physical activities including repetitive lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building with store staff.
• Represent Mondelēz in-store and work with the sales rep to optimize shelf visibility and displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps and capture pictures of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are stocked and displayed per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

Job description

• Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.
• Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Lexington, SC
