Our Garden Group, providing sales support and logistics for proprietary and recognized brands, is searching for a part-time Merchandiser in Hampton, NH. Responsibilities include stocking and arranging product displays such as grass seed, chemicals, and clay pottery in Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Walmart stores.

Measures of Success

• Down stocking and maintaining set integrity for various products
• Setting and maintaining shelves according to planograms
• Installing and maintaining off-shelf displays
• Weekend consumer interaction during peak season (training provided)

Ideal Candidate Attributes

• Previous merchandising experience preferred
• Strong communication and reading skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently, climb ladders, and use tools
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Access to internet/email and a smartphone with specified OS versions
• Responsible, reliable, and alert work habits

Working Conditions

• Retail store environment in garden centers and throughout retail stores
• Work Monday-Friday and some weekends, primarily Saturday
• Travel throughout territory using personal vehicle

Position Details

• Pay rate: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience
• Reimbursements for cell phone, mileage, and data plan
• Part-time benefits include paid sick time and 401(k)
