Job summary

StreetWise Partners is seeking a part-time Program Facilitator to lead one to two 13-week mentoring programs per quarter in New York City. The role delivers workshops, mentors sessions, and career development activities within a hybrid format, with a strong focus on participant engagement.

Each program requires about 5 hours per week (10 hours if two programs). Evening availability is required; compensation is $3,500 per full 13-week program.

Qualifications

• Formal facilitation experience with adult learners.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage diverse groups and build inclusive learning environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead one to two 13-week mentoring programs per quarter.
• Deliver curriculum through weekly hybrid workshops (8 in-person, 5 virtual).
• Guide mentoring sessions and career development activities.
• Collaborate with co-facilitators to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support mentors and mentees with questions, feedback, and resources.
• Work with the Program Support Lead to ensure program success.
• Monitor progress and provide coaching to achieve milestones.
• Suggest curriculum improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
