Job summary

nt4kids.org is seeking compassionate Mental Health Therapists to join our outpatient team serving children, adolescents, and families, with a focus on neurodivergent clients. This part-time, pay-per-client role offers flexibility and the potential to grow hours and transition into full-time salaried positions with benefits as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or neurodivergent populations preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team-based care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care coordination and clinical teams.
• Participate in case consultation and team communication.
• Support continuity of care across settings.
