Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work is required.
• Licensed credentials LMFT/LPC/LSW in Ohio are preferred for practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and group therapy.
• Develop and execute personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct safety planning and fulfill mandated reporting when needed.
• Collaborate with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Participate in group and milieu activities as directed by program needs.
