Job summary

Dayton Children's Hospital is seeking a Clinical Team Leader for the Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness. The CTL will identify, coordinate, and optimize patient care activities during the shift, ensuring safety and efficient use of staff and resources.

The role requires an ADN with RN licensure in Ohio, CPR certification, and 18 months of RN experience. A BSN within five years of hire is encouraged, with part-time scheduling across day shifts in a 24-hour block and weekend/holiday

Qualifications

• An Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required.
• Commitment to obtaining a BSN within five years of hire.
• Current RN license in Ohio and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify procedures, processes, and patient care to be accomplished during the work period.
• Distribute work to optimize use of personnel and materials.
• Coordinate patient flow with clinical logistics and crisis services.
• Ensure safety and contribute to staff evaluations and education as needed.
