Qualifications

• Coaching experience at high school or college level.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and social media marketing platforms.
• Ability to build relationships with student-athletes and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in day-to-day operations including practice schedules and in-game coaching.
• Evaluate and recruit elite prospective student-athletes.
• Prepare for games and scouting reports.
• Develop student-athletes with a focus on goalkeeping.
• Monitor academic progress of student-athletes and maintain records.
• Coordinate travel and scheduling for away competitions.
• Support development of summer camps and clinics.
