Job summary

Penn State Brandywine is seeking a part-time Assistant Men's Soccer Coach to support the soccer program and student-athletes. This role reports to the Director of Athletics and contributes to practice and game prep, recruitment, and program integrity within NCAA and United East Conference rules.

The position requires 1–2 years of coaching experience at college or high school level and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with the ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years coaching experience at collegiate or high school level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach with organizing all aspects of the soccer program, including practice and game preparation and recruitment.
• Motivate student-athletes and encourage high academic standards, leadership, and NCAA/United East compliance.
• Complete game day duties as assigned.
• Complete administrative duties as assigned.
