• Uphold and promote Kalamazoo Gospel Ministries’ culture and values on shift.
• Maintain communication with shelter staff and report changes to the Manager on time.
• Provide basic guest assistance and compassionate support during the shift.
• Practice confidentiality and follow privacy policies in all guest interactions.
