Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to push/pull wheelchairs and assist residents.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement activity plans for residents, including small groups and events.
• Encourage resident participation and provide escort if needed.
• Attend meetings and participate in educational programs and in-services as required.
• Evening and weekend hours may be required.
• Plan and/or accompany residents on outings.
• Follow universal precautions and MSDS procedures.
• Ongoing dementia training to support memory care residents.
• All other duties as assigned.
