Responsibilities

• Plan and implement recreational activities such as games, arts and crafts, outings, and social events to meet residents' needs.
• Assist with daily living activities including feeding, toileting, and range of motion exercises.
• Promote independence and autonomy by encouraging residents to participate in activities and make their own choices.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless transitions and quality care.
