Silverado Lee's Summit is hiring part-time Housekeepers to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The role blends attention to detail with compassion, offering paid training and growth opportunities.

Anticipated pay ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, with schedules including 7:00am–3:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays and 4:00pm–8:00pm on Mondays. No prior memory care experience is required, though familiarity with Alzheimer’s or dementia care and a general hospitality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willing to work with memory care residents.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and common areas.
• Support a safe and dignified environment for residents with memory impairments.
• No prior experience necessary; assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus.
