Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with assistance in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming and bathing.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly and safely.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
