Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, transport them within the community, and respond to emergencies. The role requires a high school diploma, and CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with assistance in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming and bathing.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
