Trinity Springs, a Cassia community in Oxford, FL, is seeking an Activities Assistant to bring creativity to engaging residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care units. This entry-level opportunity offers a 16-hour workweek with varying shifts and a wage range of $15.00–$17.93 per hour, depending on experience.

You will support residents with activities, document attendance, and represent the community positively while fostering a respectful, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Memory Care and Assisted Living is a plus.
• Demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to display enthusiasm and a positive attitude in promoting activities.
• Creative aptitude for trainings in arts, crafts, and games.
• Good communication skills, including giving directions pleasantly and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Encourage, support, and assist residents with activities.
• Interact and assist residents on a one-to-one basis outside of structured times.
• Document activity attendance and degree of involvement.
• Act as a positive representative at all times.
• Display courtesy and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
