Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a part-time Membership Representative in Burlington, WI to drive new membership sales and retention through superior customer service and relationship building. The role requires availability on Sundays and occasional weekday/evening shifts with potential Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales experience or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members via face-to-face, phone, text, and email.
• Meet sales goals and generate leads through prospecting and referrals.
• Promote and attend facility social events and act as a facility ambassador.
• Conduct facility tours and assist members with account changes and requests.
• Provide floor leadership when needed and assist with issues as they arise.
