Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a fill-in Membership Sales Representative in Libertyville, IL. You will engage with prospective members, provide outstanding service, and turn conversations into long‑term commitments at the Condell Centre Club.

The role focuses on building relationships, meeting sales goals, and representing HealthFitness to local businesses and the community. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and 1–2 years of sales experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to listen, respond to feedback, and build relationships with members and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication.
• Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Meet sales goals and generate leads through prospecting, networking, and member referrals.
• Promote and attend facility social events and act as a facility ambassador to local businesses and community members.
• May provide leadership presence on the floor and assist with issues when a manager isn’t available.
• Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
