Waves Express Car Wash in Simpsonville, SC is seeking Part-Time Membership Support Specialists (MSS) to join our energetic team. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers with memberships, and guide vehicles through the wash while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with memberships, account updates, and applications.
• Direct vehicles into wash tunnel and ensure safety procedures.
• Keep site clean: vacuum areas, tunnels, parking lots, windows, and amenities.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and report issues.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and POS operations.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a safe, efficient location.
• Contribute to delivering Waves' WOW factor.

What You'll Do

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome customers, answer questions, assist with concerns, and help make every visit a great experience.
• Support Our Sales Team: Help customers with membership questions, account updates, and membership applications while supporting our sales team.
• Guide Vehicles Safely: Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, watch for potential vehicle concerns, and follow all safety procedures.
• Keep the Site Looking Great: Clean and maintain vacuum areas, tunnels, parking lots, windows, and customer amenities.
• Assist with Equipment Maintenance: Monitor chemical levels, refill supplies, perform routine preventative maintenance as trained, and report equipment issues.
• Support Daily Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, operate the point-of-sale system, and complete assigned checklists and tasks.
• Be a Team Player: Work alongside coworkers and management to keep the location clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Bring the WOW Factor: Show initiative, maintain a positive attitude, and help deliver the customer experience Waves is known for.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
