Job summary

Waves Express Car Wash is hiring a Part-Time Membership Support Specialist (MSS) in Greenville, SC. You will deliver excellent customer service, support the sales team, and help guide vehicles through the wash process.

Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement in a fun, team-oriented environment. Flexible scheduling and paid training support career growth, with free weekly car washes and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly, professional communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to being a reliable team member.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stay active and perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome customers, answer questions, assist with concerns, and help make every visit a great experience.
• Support Our Sales Team: Help customers with membership questions, account updates, and membership applications while supporting our sales team.
• Guide Vehicles Safely: Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, watch for potential vehicle concerns, and follow all safety procedures.
• Keep the Site Looking Great: Clean and maintain vacuum areas, tunnels, parking lots, windows, and customer amenities.
• Assist with Equipment Maintenance: Monitor chemical levels, refill supplies, perform routine preventative maintenance as trained, and report equipment issues.
• Support Daily Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, operate the point-of-sale system, and complete assigned checklists and tasks.
• Be a Team Player: Work alongside coworkers and management to keep the location clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Bring the WOW Factor: Show initiative, maintain a positive attitude, and help deliver the customer experience Waves is known for.
