Job summary

Terravita Golf & Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a part-time Member Services team member who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property.

You will compose correspondence, manage member databases, handle event reservations, and support the Membership Director. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong English communication are essential.

This role offers a hands-on entry path in a globally respected golf and community management organization.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent; six months to one year of related experience.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Composes routine correspondence, club announcements, newsletters and reports.
• Maintains member databases and filing systems; assists Membership Director.
• Answers member and prospective member questions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Initiates calls to prospective members to introduce the Club and its amenities; handles event reservations.
• Prepares and distributes Club mailings and sales information; creates mail merges.
• Maintains inventory of membership kits and notices; updates neighborhood kiosks with events.
• Operates office equipment and uses Outlook, Word, Publisher, and Excel.
• Orders and maintains office supplies and collateral for membership kits.
• Keeps current on membership categories, sales processes and enrollment.
• Prepares monthly membership reports for facility manager and owners.
