Responsibilities

• Perform cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments and other teller transactions per policy.
• Cross-sell credit union products to deliver quality member service and meet goals.
• Balance daily transactions, verify cash totals, and resolve discrepancies.
• Resolve member requests promptly in person, by phone, or via other channels.
