As a Member Services Representative at Corda Credit Union, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional, member-focused financial solutions. Through in-person interactions, phone conversations, email correspondence, and digital channels, you create a seamless and positive experience for our members. In this role, you will provide information about products and services, process transactions, and identify financial solutions tailored to each member's unique needs. As one of the first faces our members see when they enter our branches, you help build lasting relationships by providing outstanding service, trusted guidance, and a welcoming presence.

We are seeking Member Service Representatives who are passionate about personal and professional growth, delivering outstanding member service, and maintaining operational excellence-someone who wants their work to make a meaningful impact both inside and outside the branch in Johnson County.
